Cognitive tests

Short, repeatable tasks for cognitive self-tracking.

Start with a compact test designed to establish a baseline. Future tests will expand into visual reasoning, working memory, processing speed, attention and reaction time.

Reaction Time

Simple timed responses collected under controlled device and context information.

Before taking a test

For better tracking value, try to test in similar conditions each time: same type of device, quiet environment, similar time of day and no major distractions.

The platform may collect basic context such as device type, sleep quality, stress level and whether the test environment was quiet. This helps interpret long-term results more responsibly.
